Pueblo por la Playa

The three great elemental sounds in nature are the sound of rain, the sound of wind in a primeval wood, and the sound of outer ocean on a beach. These kinds of sound create a relieving, calming, and peaceful feeling which we all search for when we need to seriously relax.

A town by the beach called PUEBLO POR LA PLAYA has the revitalizing air of Pagbilao Quezon. The old-fashioned but charming town becomes the scenic asset of this exclusive residential and club resort. Pagbilao, Quezon is just about 9 kilometers from Lucena City, this little municipality is abounding with natural resources, and world-renowned for its excellent craftsmanship in a wide range of products, from personal accessories to furnitures. An abode to the 145-hectares Mangrove Experimental Forest and the Quezon National Forest Park, of course, as they say, home is where the beach is…..

PUEBLO POR LA PLAYA is a first-class, 12-hectare Mexican inspired residential and country club which has two huge pools to cater adults and kids and a beach with an emerald green to dark blue water giving off the soft ocean sound and refreshing breeze in the morning. Serenity comes out naturally as the setting offers a luxurious villas and mansions, and be delighted in the panoramic view of its beautifully landscaped land, restful sky, and the clean-calm sea.

Each villa has 1 bedroom, a living room with bed-settee, a large bathroom with separate shower and bath tub, and of course, it’s air conditioned and has cable TV. Likewise, you will enjoy the comfort on its spacious patio as you relax in a hammock while enjoying the fabulous beach sight. This great leisure time comes with a round the clock room service.

Facilities and amenities are nonstop, they have this Café Oaxaca (Spanish wah-hah-kah). It’s their coffee shop and restaurant named after the southern state of Mexico. Its architectural design is highlighted in every nook, the round logs on the ceiling, the flooring made from tiles straight from Vigan, their distinctly customized tables and chairs, and the division of the coffee shop from the inside, which is air conditioned, to the two outside decks which are ideal for those who want a beachfront view. They serve a variety of culinary delights from the best soups and fresh-organic salads to appetizing sandwiches to mouthwatering meat and pasta dishes. These dishes are especially cooked with their own fresh-organic vegetables and herbs and spices.

What is more, they are presently constructing an all-glass surfaced Pavillon with the perfect view of their two big swimming pools and the beach. It’s a fully air conditioned reception area which has a capacity of more than 300pax. The Resort Manager, Mr. Toti Hilario, says that it will be finished approximately by the first quarter of 2009.

The facilities are amazingly designed beautifully as you will notice the unique structures and interior designs of each comfort rooms and shower rooms. They’re just absolutely appropriate for a real high-end outdoor life, and still incorporated to its Mexican motif.

Outdoor sports are just the thing. You may enjoy water sports like scuba diving, kayaking, jetski, snorkeling, and even by the beach volleyball games. Thereafter, you may want to try their Spa service which will give you a true feeling of relaxation.

As I stayed in this paradise for few days, I have observed too that it is one of the most secured exclusive R and R place in Quezon. Most of all, incomparable as it is and very warm as the people of Pueblo por la Playa, their service is truly second to none.
